Today all of us was hurting from the training yesterday. It id “fun” to see all in our team “limping” to the coffee machine in our breaks. I think I am the least competitive member in the team but even I had some sour muscles. The others really struggled with the stairs… So the training was really tough yesterday.

For lunch today we had a classic Swedish casserole called “Kalops”. It is a beef stew served wit potatoes and beat roots. I did only eat the stew, some salad and feta cheese.

For dinner I fried some chicken and had butter as side.
