Freezer full of deer

All that deer was not as much as I thought it was gonna be. I had plenty of room in the freezer.

About 9 kg of minced deer and the rest in nice packages. Not sure when I will be trying the whole meat but next weekend I will try a “roast” in the Croc Pot.

I tried making a couple of burgers with the minced meat. To this some newly made garlic butter.

Todays nutrition was not as much as the previous days. Even thou its is quite low I am not hungry at all right now.

    How do you make your burgers and what type of butter do you use to make your garlic butter?

      The burgers are really just the minced meat. I (almost) never mix the meat with eggs or other things. Just seasoning before I fry in butter.
