Last week I got some help running over 5KM (we ended up at 6) without walking at all. Today I had decided to try this without any help and I made it. It was at a really low pace but I did run over 6KM without walking… My feet are hurting a little bit so tomorrow I will not go out running. I might take a long walk on Sunday and then go for a run again on Monday.
