The conference continued with a great breakfast buffet with a lot of cheese and butter.
For the coffee before lunch I got a special treat. Nuts and cottage cheese. I am not very found of nuts nor cottage cheese but I had some anyway…
For lunch we got a nice seafot plate for starter.
The chef have tried baking low carb bread for the first time and I had to try it even thou I do not eat that much bread. It was really nice and even nicer with a lot of butter on it…
For main we got a “burger” with some onions and brussels sprouts. All the others for mashed potatoes but I didn’t.
For dinner i fried up some cabbage and some pork from the freezer.
