Back on track

During the summer the running has been a little tougher. I have kept on it but It has been a little warm in the mornings and my “breath” has not been improving as much as I wanted. Today was the first run in a long time when I really felt ok. It was a lot cooler so I guess that helped. I hope I will feel the same on Wednesday and Friday… 🙂
