Pork for lunch and dinner…

Today I “had to” go to lunch with some colleagues who visited from out of town. We went to the standard buffet place and I had something that is a bit hard to translate into English. Not really sure if there is a name for it. In Swedish it is called “Kassler”. Its smoked pork loin (hmm, Google translate says its called Kassler in English to… Nice…). To the kassler I had salad, mushrooms and cheese.

To dinner I had a (well two actually…) simple pork chop with feta stuffed paprika and sauce béarnaise.
