First run in a while

Today I had my first run in over three weeks. I ended up running a little over 4KM and 31 minutes. It was a bit tough and I did feel a bit sour in my thighs during the day. You really “loose” stamina when being sick and not training at all…

For dinner today I got pre grilled chicken and a mayo heavy cole slaw (75g cabbage and 125g mayo).
