An not so ordinary day

Yesterday I did not have as much food as I normally have so exactly as expected I was a bit hungry in the morning. It did not help to read and write some recipes. So I had a little breakfast. Tuna, mayo and a little red onion…

For some reason I got a little hungry when noon got closer and my colleagues asked if I wanted to go with them to a Thai buffet place. So I did…

In the evening we had one of our traditional birthday dinners at a really nice place. For starter I had a warm avocado. I think it’s the first time I have a warm avocado dish. It was really nice. It is cheese, shrimps and mushrooms.

For main I had a orange duck. Really nice and tender.

    I am curious as to whether you are still trying to stay in ketosis? Or is this not important to you at the moment? I read you stopped measuring due to cost of the testing strips, and your food still seems high enough on fat to be in ketosis. What do you think? Thank you.

      I would say I am in ketosis even if I do not measure it right now. I eat the same food I have been eating the last 3 years so I am pretty confident in the distribution of fat and carbs. I might eat a little more carbs than before but always below 5% (energy).
