Good choices at cantina

Today I had breakfast at the hotel. Normally I do not eat breakfast but since it is included in the room I “had” to take advantage of this… I had some butter, cheese and ham…

For lunch I had a pice of pork burier with some cheese on top.

The cantina where we had luch is quite interesting. Normally the choices for “butter” to the bread is some margarines or similar “bad” copies of butter. At this place the two choices are real butter and realbutter mixed with a little oil. So no artificial margarines at all. This is nice!


On the train home I made the mistake to start writing some recepies so after a couple of hours I was really hungry. When I finally got home I made myself a nice omelette with parma ham and the bacon butter.
