Today I made a real simple dinner. I cut three thick slices of Kassler (smoked loin of pork). I fried them in butter and mede scrambled eggs with a lot of mozzarella cheese.

Hmmm… Not much progress… 🙁 I got a little uncertain about the “format”. Biography, cook-book, etc. So I lost momontum a bit. It’s still “there” but not sure when or if it will be finalized…
