Still some energy problems?

The run today was similar to the one last friday. I did not really have the energy for a full 4-interval run so I quit after 3 intervals. I am still not sure why but a lot of people are having colds at work so I might have something in my body from them… I normally do not get colds at all so this might be my “reaction”?

For dinner tonight I fried a couple of pork chops and made a mayo with garlic and parmesan cheese.

    Hi Tommy, when you make a mayo like this, do you make the mayo first, then add the garlic and cheese? My wife has been making chipotle mayo, which is where you make the mayo first then add ground chipotle from a can to the mayo. They look like this:

    I was wondering if you used the same technique.

      I almost always make a quite neutral mayo and then add seasoning of different sorts. I tend do to batches based on 3 yokes and 4-5dl of oil. So more than one day’s worth.
