As expected I was a bit tired when the alarm went off this morning. After only 4 hours of sleep I was not really up to running so I went back to bed for another 2 hours.
For dinner tonight I made my special mayo and minced meat salad.
- 250 g minced pork
- 50 g chopped onion
- 50 g chopped paprika (yellow)
- 50 g parmesan cheese
It does not look that great but it is really nice and fat!
