So one more month with the Apple watch. I really like it! Not huge amount of things I use it for but when it comes to “health tracking” it is fun… This month I have filled the circles on quite a lot of days.
I use the watch for keeping track of pulse and I must say that the stand up reminder is really nice. I think I stand more at my desk than I sit. I feel a lot more effective when standing and it is easier to move around instead of just sitting in the chair in front of the screen.
After work today I fried a lot of pork (400 g) and had a pre made sauce bearnaise before I went away for some gaming.
