My plan is to have the Wednesday without any exercise but for some reason I woke au a quarter past 5 AM and could not get back to sleep so I went out instead… When I got home I had a couple of eggs and some mayo.
We had a training course at work today so I “had” to have some lunch with the other participants. I had a salad with a lot of carbs in it so I just had the “good” things.
For dinner I had chicken with butter and during the evening I had a couple of beer sausages.
