I started the day with a quite long “run”. I have gone up to 1 minute walk and 5 minute run 6 times. So today it was 4,5 km and 36 minutes.
With both lunch and dinner in restaurants the fat levels are a bit low…
The lunch was at the old favorite Indian place. A lot of chicken and some cole slaw.
The dinner was at a nice place where we went to celebrate my brother’s birthday.
Before the starter we got a small appetizer; smoked ostrich.
For starter I had a nice crayfish soup. First they served the “stuffing”…
…before they poured the soup on top of it. Really nice tasting soup.
For main I had deer and I did ask them to not serve with potatoes but they seemed to forget that… It was not hard not to eat… 🙂
The intake was a bit low on fat today.
