New edition of the magazine

Soon the new edition of the Swedish magazine I am writing for will hit the shelves.



Today’s dinner was a pretty standard one… Chicken with butter. A little parmesan cheese to finish the meal off…

Tomorrow morning I will try my new running shoes and at the same time increase the running intervals with one minute.

    Sure wish we would get that magazine in the US. We used to have a Low Carb magazine but it only lasted about one year. I like new menu ideas and to read about other people’s accomplishments. Love your blog!

      Thank you! The nice thing with this Magazine is that it is “run” by “true believers” and they are really “picky” when it comes to advertisement and articles. The never have any ads for “fake low carb stuff”… So the magazine is not “commercial” at all.

      I use wordpress an content management. It is free but I do pay for hosting the blog.
