New exercises and coffee at work

Today I was trying out my new program i n the gym. Some “jumping”, rubber band exercises and squats… I still have “problems” with the sqats but I am getting more flexible all the time.

During the afternoon at work I was struggling with some formulas in Excel so I just “had to” have a cup of coffee.

For dinner I made a simple omelette with onions, ham and cheese. I also had a lot of mayo with olives as fat source.
