Today I was away gaming all day…
…and when I got home I made a nice dinner of filet of pork in a vreamy blue cheese sauce.
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1,5 dl double cream
- Some broth
- 100g blue cheese
Just fry the onion in butter and add the cream. Let it all reduce to 50% and let the cheese melt down in the cream. Pour the sauce over the fried pork.
