Last of the beef

Today I used the last of the beef from my broth. I fried it with a little paprika and onions. To the beef I had a lot of goat cheese butter.

Hi Tommy, is goat cheese butter simply goat cheese + butter? If so, in what ratio?

Also, I noticed you tend to eat a lot of meat and fat, but not a lot of vegetables. Is there a reason for this? (Personally, I believe the purported “benefits” to vegetables are probably much more than the actual benefits, but I do eat vegetables daily.)

Finally, how long did you eat multiple meals per day before you settled on eating once a day? This week, I’ll eat only dinner three times in one week. I can’t decide if I could increase that to eating only dinner seven days a week. 😉

The ratio butter cheese is normally 50/50. So 100g of butter to 100g of cheese… Yes, a lot of cheese… And butter… 🙂

Yes, I do eat a lot of meat and fat and not much veggies. More now than my first years on LCHF. Nowadays I almost have some veggies every day.

To be honest I do not really remember when I came down to one meal a day. My guess is 1-2 years into eating LCHF.
