When I got home I fried some pork and made a really nice sauce of red wine, onion, mushrooms and cream.
- 100 g diced mushrooms
- 25 g chopped onion
- 1 dl red wine
- 1,5 dl cream
I fired the onion and mushrooms in plenty of butter and added the wine. After letting almost all the wine reduce into the mushrooms I added the cream and let it all reduce down to a thick sauce. I seasoned with only some salt and white pepper.
Steamed broccoli as a side.
