Once again under 1:40 for the 10K. Next week I might star jogging during the walk. I will start revy careful with 2-3 minutes at a time with some walking in-between. I have not run at all the last 30 years so I need to start slow…
After the walk I ate some eggs and mayo before I went to the office again.
For dinner I fried a pork chop with broccoli and some garlic butter.
The intake was
