I fried 250 g of minced pork together with 150 g of olives in a little butter. As a side I had ruccola salad with 150 g of mayo seasoned with mayo. So a lot of fat! 🙂

Nope, not losing weight really. Thats a bit of a mystery. It is going slightly down but not in line with the numbers and “traditional” opinions about energy in – energy out.
