New Indian buffet

Today I had lunch with thew few colleagues not on holiday. We went to an Indian place and they have started with buffet recently. So it is not the same place I normally go to. This was as goos as the other but I missed the butter…

For dinner I fried some pork and made a red wine butter sauce. I seasoned it with quite a lot of pepper.

  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 dl red wine
  • 50 g butter

I fried the onion in some butter and added the wine. I let it reduce to about 30% then I removed the pan from the heat and added small pieces of butter while whisking slowly.

I also had a lot of beer sausages during the evening. I was craving for som salt and that was all I had.
