After a good time on the 10K this morning I had 3 eggs for dinner before I went to the office. I have noticed I do get a bit more hungry now when I walk or start the day at the gym. No surprise really, but I am not used to being hungry.

For dinner I fried a pice of pork, steamed broccoli and added pre-made sauce bearnaise.
