New take on a classic.

Once again I have to prepare recipes for the magazine. A bit early this time since I am going away on the Low Carb Cruise later this week. So today I tried the first out of three recipes and it was really nice.

Not sure how many of you who are reading the magazine but since it is in Swedish I guess not that many… 🙂 So I can let you know what it is this time. I have had caesar salad a lot of times but I rarely make it my own. Now I have made a nice fat dressing that I use. It is a full mayo dressing with just added sardines, garlic and parmesan cheese. To get the fat “up” I off course have a lot of it.
