Today I read a newspaper article that said cheese was good for you. It was a “tabloid” so normally I would not give it much credit but this time I do fully believe them… I mean, cheese really have to be good for you…
The morning walk today was a little slower than last time but I did not really push the speed at all.
For dinner in the evening I fried 2 pork chops and made 100 g of butter seasoned only with parsley and a little white pepper.
The intake was
