Re-run

Afer both a walk before and after work I was pretty hungry so I fixed the same food as yesterday. Almost… Cabbage, minced lamb and guacamole. The guacamole was a little different. I diced the avocado instead of “mushing” it…

I am keeping my average in steps quite high. Today I got 13677 steps. Well over the daily goal of 8500… Tomorrow I am on a business trip to Stockholm så I hope to get some steps done before and after my meeting.
