Not as nice as yesterday but OK. This time chicken and bacon.
For dinner I fried three pork chops and made a butter 0f 50 g butter and 75 g of blue cheese (Bavaria Blue).
The intake was
ive been doing one meal a day steak(or pork chops) and eggs(used to use cheese but i quit) since december . ive hit a plateau where ive stayed at the same wait for about a month. do you have any experience with this? how can i fix it?(i work out very hard 4 days a week. thanks by the way i just found this page tonite and you’re an inspiration
Well, I am on a plateau myself now and I am struggling to not eat cheese. Not sure if that helps…
How much meat do you eat? If the proteins gets to high it might have some impact but if you work out so hard I guess you need the proteins…
