Today I had my first real workout in the gym at work. My colleague have made me a program to follow for my first noob weeks. My plan is to train Tuesday and Thursday early in the morning. Focus is on flexibility for a starter and then functional strength for my running ambitions. It is really nice to work for a sport retail chain with an office with a large gym… We also get to do physical activities for 1 hour per week on company time. Really nice!
