Today I had my first “work out” in the gym. I have actually never really worked out before so my PT really had to show me all the exercises she put together into a program. Wow, I am not very “mobile” or “flexible” at all. A lot of the things I had to do was really hard. Not “stamina” wise but more on technical level. My balance is not at all good nor is my coordination… Oh, well, it can only get better…
