No spring yet

When I woke up this morning it was snowing a lot so I did not go for my morning walk. I was under the impression the spring was coming…It snowed most of the day but it was quite war so there is not much left so tomorrow I will get som miles again…

For dinner today I had a lot of chicken. Over 500 g… So a lot of proteins. I made a peppery butter to the chicken but no veggies.

    I wish I had read this while I was struggling to lose weight with running. I was doing my best to eat right and run every day to lose weight, but I just wasn’t seeing it. Thankfully after a few years I was able to find a good diet and I started a really good workout program that has helped me lose 40 pounds!
