Today I was in Stockholm and we went to a nice place for lunch. I was told they had LCHF on the menu and they did… Well… So they claimed any way.

It looked really nice and tasted great. At least the meat and salad.
I really would not call it LCHF. Quite a lot of pickled onion and corn an almost no fat…
When I got home I made dinner. I fried 170 g of shrimps in butter together with 3 cloves of sliced garlic. Then I mixed the shrimps with mayo and some herbs. It was served with a pice of smoked salmon.
