Today we had visitors again so to keep the tradition of lunch places we went to the indian buffet… 🙂
After another 12 hour day at work I got home and made a new version of the mayo “salad”…
- 200 g finely diced pork chops
- 30 g chopped onion
- 30 g chopped mushrooms
- 200 g mayo
I fried, meat, onion and mushrooms and let it cool down before mixing with the mayo. I seasoned with only salt and pepper.
