Today I used some meat I got last weekend when I made a recipe of broth for the magazine. I boiled pork and beef bones for 10 hours and when done I took care of the meat still left on the bones. So today I made a nice soup. 2,5 dl double cream, some broth, mushrooms and seasoned with green pepper.
I felt something was missing when I started eating so I just put a large slice of butter in the soup… Perfection… 🙂 Butter make everything better…
