Return of the coleslaw…

Ok, so now I am back to a more structured week with meat, coleslaw and LCHF-coffee…

For dinner I hade the pork roast from yesterday with the coleslaw and some added butter. I will try to keep roughly the same all week but I will get some variation on the meat. Pork, chicken and salmon is the plan…

Not many of my gaming friends are reading the English blog so I can show a teaser for the gaming convention next may. It is starting too look quite nice…

    I love coleslaw, but cannot find a good lo carb dressing recipe….I will look through the site some more, but let me know if you make your own and what you use please!
    Good for you, I’ve been doing Lo Carb for only 8 weeks, but have lost 23 lbs and 6 inches off my waist! This is the way to eat!

      Grats on the loss. Really nice to see!

      I make my own coleslaw and it is really simple.

      The “dressing” is only 50% mayo (home made) and 50% Smetana (or sour cream). Sometimes I use 100% mayo to get it extra fatty… 🙂

      The basic spices are a small amount of sliced onion, salt and white pepper. Variations can be to add some curry, chili, esdragon, garlic etc.
