Same as yesterday

I started the day by eating a couple of sausages with some pre-fab bearnaise.. I do not know why i was hungry… I forgot to take a picture but it was really nothing special… 🙂

For dinner I made almost the same as yesterday. Pork, broccoli and goat cheese butter. Today I made the butter from only 50 g of butter, 100 g of cheese and some olive oil and chili. So a little different from yesterday.

blood sugar can only be a few grams at any time, so even if you eat enough protein for the day, BUT you have 100g of protein in one meal… then more of the protein will be turned into sugar. try and spread out your protein in two meals, so you get less sugar at each meal. 100g of protein in one meal might be causing gluconeogenesis (maybe 30-50g will turn to sugar because the body can only use a certain amount of protein at a time). and…. iPhone 6 is great! 🙂

Yes, I have been looking at the proteins a little more. I have not seen any blood sugar increase from protein but I have not really made any really structured tests. Maybe I will in a couple of weeks…

good luck! I know for me that too high of protein in one meal really makes me stop weight loss and causes me problems for 2-3 days….. 🙁
thanks for blogging. I was still very afraid to add so much butter and fat into meals until i saw your blog!

You cannot eat to much butter… I will try to eat more structured in a couple of weeks. I will then try to eat twice a day and divide the proteins a bit. Even thou I do not normally eat lunch I will find a way to fit the lunch into my schedule…
