Cheese relapse…

Today I had a little cheese relapse… I had some nice blue cheese in the fridge and It made me eat it… 🙂  Around 100g of it anyway.

In my experimenting to increase the proteins I had a little different breakfast than last week. Sousages and béarnaise sauce…

Nice and “fatty”.

For dinner I had the cheese mentioned above nd two burgers with seasoned butter. To the burgers I had 140g of spinach quickly fried in butter and a mix of smetana and may on top.

A lot of calories but since I walked over 2 hours extra today I think it was ok…

The proteins went a little to high due to the cheese and tomowwor I will try to avoid that part of the fridge and go back to cabbage to make a cole slaw again…
