For dinner today I made a variation of the “salad” I made a couple of days ago. I got a tips on my Swedish blog so I tried it..
- 300g minced meat
- 40g chopped leek
- 100g diced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon bourbon
I fried the meat, leek and mushrooms in a pan and added the soy sauce and the bourbon. When done I let it cool down a bit and mixed it with 100g of mayo. Really nice with the mushrooms that gave the dish a more “rustic” taste.
