Fourth day…

I got three boos on the mail yesterday and I also got a book to my Kindle app that looks really interesting today.

“Cholesterol and saturated fat prevent heart disease” by David Evans. I will try to read this pretty soon.

Today I had the same food again but I made the minced meat into one big burger…

Nutritions was the same… 🙂

The Ketons went down slightly. From 2,7 to 2,4.
