Chicken or chicken?

Today was going to buy some chicken. I normally buy filets of thigh rather than breast. Now I remember why. The store was out of thigh so I had to buy breast and I have to say it is a huge difference in taste and moisture. The breast almost don’t taste like chicken and are a little to lean for me.

Tommy, I assume the chicken thighs you buy have the skin on, correct? Sorry for the dumb question lol.

Hmm, no actually no skin. But I always eat thigh so the fat level is much higher than the breasts. I have not seen filets of thigh with skin in the stores. I wonder why. I I buy with bone they have skin. Maybe I should go there instead. The skin is fat and nice.
