In Sweden there is a real buzz about LCHF right now. We are some low carbers who are really stressing the basics of LCHF and trying to focus on the fat and keep the carbs really low. A facebook group was created and within a week it had over 4000 members. Huge! The buzz has also created a counter-reaction and I will comment on this on saturday or sunday.
Third and last recipe for the next edition of the magazine was tried out today. Really nice and Swedish herring salad…
Intakes was quite low on cals but high on carbs. Most of the carbs comes from the “pickled” herring.
