This morning I had the bulletproof coffee again but today I added a tablespoon of cocoa. Not really by thing so I won’t do it again.
Today I was going to try out the Crock-Pot I got with the mail yesterday.
I started with getting the vegetables ready.
- 230g Mushrooms
- 150g Onions
- 75g Paprika
- 370g Canned tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 red peppers (medium strength)
I cut 1300g of beef into large chunks ans put everything in the Crock-Pot together with 0,5l stock (from a “sugar-free” dice).
The soices I used was cayenne pepper, paprika, black pepper, caraway(?) and salt
After about 4 hours it looked like this
And after another 3 hours it went up to a plate toghether with broccoli (ca 150g) and a mix of 0,75dl mayonnaise and 0,5dl of creme fraiche.
The meat was really tender an the sauce (gravy?) was super. I will definitely put the Crock-Pot to more use in the future.
