Today I made a wok and during preparing I ate a lot of cheese… Yes, I’m back on the cheese… 🙂
- 400 g of cut up pork
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onions
- 100 g och sliced mushrooms
- 125 g broccoli
- 1 teaspoon chopped red chili
- 2 tablespoons of Bourbon
I really just chopped and fried everything and after a couple of minutes I added the Bourbon. I seasoned with a little salt and white pepper.
As a side I made a variation of my favorite butter with goatcheese.
- 50 g butter
- 100 g goatcheese
- 1 tablespoon of chive
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
I made sure everything was softened a bit in the micro and mushed it all together with a fork. A little olive oil and white pepper was added together with a hint of basil.
After a lot of cheese and the wok the intakes was a bit low on the fat ratio…
