Sweet toth

I have sent in the texts for the magazine today. I am commenting a bit about some of my experiences from my trip to Las Vegas. One thing that I mention is the hysterical amount of sugar available everywhere. Its sugar on sugar on sugar… I am really glad I do not ave any addiction to sweets at all. I guess its hard to even enter a Starbucks if you have a sweet tooth. It’s “icing” on everything..

Today I made a kind of wok with the last vegetables in the fridge. Some onions, cabbage and broccoli was fried together with chicken and some chili flakes. I made a nice mayo with garlic, pepper and extra olive oil to get the fat right.

    Hi, I am reading your website with much interest. Congratulations on everything you have achieved with your health.
    What is interesting to me is that you hardly eat any vegetables or am I missing something? I LOVE vegetables but eat too many and they therefore push my carb values up. Is this a choice you make on purpose?

    Perhaps you’ve answered this somewhere earlier, but I’m wondering:

    Do you simply count the protein in the meat/fish/eggs, the fat in the sauce, and the carbs in the veggies? Or do you also include the smaller amounts of fat in the protein foods, the tiny amount of carb in something like eggs, etc.?
