One of the major Swedish newspapers had a special edition about LCHF the other day. After reading some fellow bloggers “reviews” I decided not to buy it. A lot of the recipes are not even close to LCHF. Popcorn? Fruits? Etc… I will not send any money their way!
For dinner today I made a lot of shripm-butter (not all eaten shin on the picture below). 100g of butter and 200g of finely chopped shrimps, some onion, dill and lemon juice. Maybe a little to much shrimps, I did not really got it to be as firm as I wanted. I guess half would be best. Really nice to the salmon and asparagus.
