Today I had a full day of food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
For breakfast I had two eggs mashed with butter. Same as yesterday. I got a mail from a former colleague asking if felt for lunch and its always nice to meet her so I accepted.
We had a small salad for starter…
…and chicken on veggies for main.
For dinner I bought a couple of real nice slices of beef. To the beef I had broccoli and garlic butter.
So a full day of food led to a quite high intake.
