Eggs for breakfast

Today I had break fast. Itäs not very often I do but I was actually a little bit hungry. I know I mentioned I would have some eggs to get the proteins up a bit and both that and the fact that I was hungry made me boil two eggs and mash them with 50g of butter. I will probably do the same tomorrow. It was quite nice.

For dinner later in the evening I had two burgers with butter. Looks boring but tastes gray.

Tomorrow I think I will go and buy some nice chicken and broccoli. It’s been a while since I had broccoli…

    Hi Tommy! I’m your fan. I visit your website every day. I’m doing low carb diet. But my fat intake is not that high. Now my weight stall for about a week. Should i add more fat in my diet?       Yes, I would say the fat is the key. The really good thing about the fat is that it is really “filling”. If you eat enough fat you will stay filled with energy for a long time and do not have to go around starving like other “diets”.

      I eat (as you can see on my post) a lot of real butter. If this is “hard” to do I would suggest just switching from “lean” meat to fatter options. Try to buy entrecote instead of lean beef, chicken thighs instead of breasts, salmon instead of white lean fish.
