Making burgers

Today I bought a lot of minced meat and started to make burgers. The meat is 50% pork and 50% beef. So maybe not “real” hamburgers…

Not sure what happened to the camera in the iPhone. Not very good pictures came out of it… This was the best I could do. It’s three burgers with the same avocado/butter mash I had yesterday (well, not the same, but I followed the same recipe…).

The intakes today was quite hight. A lot of meat (450g) and butter and the avocado…
