Today I had a “glass” of milk for the first time in many years. A guy at the training brought some unpasteurised milk that is quite hard to get hold of in Sweden unless you know a farmer…
But before the milk the day started really early. My train left at 4:15 AM and when I got to Stockholm I sat down and had a triple espresso.
After a long day at “school” I ended up buying some chicken, cheese and sauce béarnaise. I ate it with a Coke Zero in the hotel room.
Thanks to the cheese (150g) and the bea the intakes was quite high today.
