Today we had a conference at work and this means both lunch and dinner. The lunch was a nice minced beef with veggies. I had to add some butter to get the fat up a bit.
For dinner we went to a really nice restaurant and there I got an appetizer in the form of a little parma ham.
Followed by salmon for a starter.
The main was veal with turnip puré and some nice red wine sauce
Instead of the potatoes the others got I got a small salad wit asparagus.
I actually had dessert. Chocolate truffles. Really nice but a lot of carbs…
All in all a really nice dinner. This must be the best restaurant in town!
The intakes toda was quite high on the carbs.
